Hi,
I am still new in WordPress and enfold, so this might be a basic question.
Somehow I can’t find an answer on Google…How/where do I edit the theme files?
I want to add a bit of code before the <body> tag.Thanks in advance

There are many way you can edit theme files, in the wordpress dashboard, go to Appearance > Editor, it should allow you to edit theme files there however it’s a bit risky because once you mess up some code, your site will be down and you won’t have access to it.
The best way to edit it is via cpanel or ftp. To give you an idea where you can find the theme files via ftp, you can watch this video tutorial (no need to follow the unzipping of files): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Also I would not suggest you modify the enfold theme, instead use a child theme and make the modifications there: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
