hi,
on the fullscreen slider of the photography demo, there are two buttons, ‘viewportfolio’ and ‘get in touch’
where do I edit those two buttons?

You can edit those if you edit the page in question, they are located in the first Color Section element on the page. You can edit the element by hovering over it and clicking the pen+paper icon.

To be more specific, go to the page in question. Click on the the top element “full page slider”, from there you’ll click on the first image at the top. Once you’re in the first image go to the “caption” tab. Towards the bottom you can alter the two buttons.
