    When I try to edit text block, the box is empty for both Visual and Text. And when I go to Insert an Image, the button doesn’t work at all. This is only on the Home pages. When I create a new page and try to edit things, text and image buttons work. Very frustrating! Please help me. Thanks!

    Hi bemodesign,

    Please try to duplicate your homepage (you can use Templates for this).
    Make a change on the duplicate page then set it as your new homepage.
    Delete the old homepage after.

    I just tried all that and the edit text box still shows empty. Any other ideas? You can login and see for yourself. Thanks

    Hi bemodesign,

    Sorry for the problem, and for the late reply. I’ve created a test page, but I haven’t able to locate the problem yet unfortunately. Please see private. Could you try updating your PHP version to 7.4 or higher, to see if that helps please? I’ve asked the rest of the team to have a look at your site as well.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience and the login to your site, I took a look at the test page that Rikard created by copying your homepage, and I found that removing your two code snippets corrected the elements:

    I believe that the backend elements load the code snippets and “preview” it but it is interfering with the “edit” function of the elements.
    So my recommendation would be to remove the script via the debugger if you should want to edit the other elements in the future, which seems like it would not be very often.

    I moved both scripts you used to display Google ratings on your page from Text Block into Code Block element and that helped.
