    Hey Xavier,

Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (6.0) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, but we don’t offer services like that unfortunately. You could try updating using the Envato Market plugin instead: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Is the issue happening on a specific page? We created a test page, and the text block seems to be working as expected. Please check the link in the private field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the info.

The editor was set to “Text” mode when we checked the Text Block, which is probably why we didn’t see the issue in “Visual” mode. However, the issue disappeared when we deactivated the Data Tables Generator by Supsystic plugin. It might be conflicting with the editor. Please contact the plugin author for more info.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. We haven’t done anything else on your site other that what we have written here. Maybe it started working when the plugin was deactivate then activated again? It sounds stange, but that can sometimes help for some reason.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
