hi there, is there a way how i can edit the portfolio grid sort container? i’d like to move it underneath the portfolio items as well as making the category sort container full width (but keeping the portfolio grip as is).

Not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you post a screenshot highlighting the changes you would like to make please?
Thanks,

I’m sorry but you won’t be able to sort the items manually. The workaround is to insert different portfolio grid for each category. Separate them with columns.

not sure your suggested solution will work for me.
I might see how it works to have the filter stay where it is at the moment. But is there a way to have the filter full width?
Thanks
May 17, 2016 at 9:45 am #633584Hi,
We created an example on this page: http://globalspeed.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=3307&action=edit
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use the sorting filter if you do that. It’s possible to sort the items manually but you have to use a plugin and that plugin conflicts with the theme’s avia_post_nav function. And we know that you need the navigations because of this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/customize-prevnext-postportfolio-navigation/
This is the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/
You can also try the solution provided here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/masonry-blog-blank-space/#post-610918

IsmaelMay 17, 2016 at 10:31 am #633603hmm ok…how about the styling of the filter container? can that be adjusted via css to be brought more in line with the mock up in terms of font size, height of the container, different deviders, spacing between categories?
May 18, 2016 at 1:06 pm #634387Hi,
That would be possible but would require a heavy customization. Please hire a freelance developer as such customization would be out of the scope of our support.
