    Hi Ismael,

    So, I tryed both css codes, actually the three you already provided to delete that extra line and none of them works.

    ….
    The theme was looking fine before you first change it. Every since you tried to make a mansonry out of the original grid, the 3rd and 4th tab of my site started to have this error layout line. Can you please check it and undo it?
    It was something you did, not me. And the error only occurs on 3rd and 4th tab. The codes you provided do NOT work. If you have doubts, please check the print screens I sent before and please check the previous messages.

    This is non-sense, I’m asking you to correct what should be a simple error for 1 month now!
    I’m feeling really frustrated right now with this support..

    Hi,

    We corrected the css modification in the Quick CSS field. The extra border above the main container is now gone.

    We successfully implemented what you asked, which is to enable the Masonry for the archive page instead of the default post grid, but you did not like the result, so we reverted it back. We did not modify or change anything else.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,
    Thanks for correcting those extra horizontal lines on 3rd and 4th tab, but the task is still half way…
    If you compare the 1st and 2nd tab with the 3rd and 4th tab you will find there is STILL a empty space between the header and the main content. That extra empty space wasn’s there in the first place as I already show it to you on the first print screens I share with you.

    Can you check the persistent layout error and correct it?
    Best regards,
    Joana

    Hi,

    Are you referring to the space between the header and the content? That is the default top padding of the content container and if you want to remove it, please use this css code.

    .content, .sidebar {
    	padding-top: 0;
    }

    Please copy the provided modifications or snippets directly from the forum to avoid converting the symbols to their html entity code.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Ismael, I give up the support.

    1- This peace of code does not work – it has a different effect;
    2- The original request I did so many months ago, and even you claim you provided, the fact is that it never met the end result I intended and show it on mockups;

    regards,
    Joana

    Hi,

    1.) What do you see after adding the css code? It is supposed to remove the top padding of the content container as shown in the screenshot below. Are you clearing the browser cache after adding the css code?

    Screenshot: https://imgur.com/JChExdM

    2.) We did provide the modification, and we are sure you have seen it, but you just did not like the result or it is different from what you are expecting. The modification that we provided above converts the archive page to Masonry instead of the default Post Grid.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    For the pagination issue, please update the files listed in the following link.

    // https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/tree/4be3523cb4ce9bc998e96f78825309e2eff0bd4b/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_7_6_4/Fix%20for%20Portfolio%20Paging

    This should fix the pagination for the portfolio category pages.

    If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    I can not follow your instructions. Can you please do it or be more specific on how to do it? I’m running Enfold Theme know. Beyond the pagination error I don’t get why the 1st page only shows 10 entries in a 12 grid space, The way I see it, it should at least fill the 12 entries space, leaving just 1 entry for the 2nd page. (I have for the moment 13 entries in the category “habitação”

    (The reason I didn’t open another thread is because the support page didn´t allowed me to do it, so I had to write ot on this one).
    Please notify me via email.
    Regards,
    Joana

    Hi,

    We modified the files listed in the link above and the pagination is now working properly. Do not forget to purge the cache and do a hard refresh before checking the page. If you want to increase the number of items in the archive page, please go to the Settings > Reading panel and set the Blog pages show at most settings accordingly.

    For new inquiries, please use the form in the following page.
