I have some text to be changed in oblonvet.com and oblonvet.de. It is probably done in a minute, if you know how to do it. But I would be happy, if you would do this for me. Paying by the hour. I have no idea how to edit this.

I am afraid we cannot help you like that, to hire a freelancer would be better option. However, if you point out the changes you would like to make, we can gladly give you the instructions and you can update your pages yourself. Enfold is very user friendly and figuring out those changes would save you time and money :)
