    Hi

    This may sound like a stupid question but my layer slider is working so I checked the Global Settings and realised that the automatically start slideshow was switched off. I tried to turn it on on both my iMac and Macbook and it won’t move to on. I tried other options with the same problem. The only fields that could be amended are the text fields all the ones with the slider buttons are not working.

    Hey!

    I have just logged in and was able to switch “automatically start slides” option on. Can you try on another computer check if it is working? I tried on Chrome on Win7

    Hi,

    I just purchased a brand new iMac and I have the same problem. It must be a Safari issue, which is odd because I only use Safari so it has worked in the past, this could be a bug

    I will try and use Chrome but my preference is Safari, have you had any other users with this problem.

    Hey!

    I can’t check this on iOS device but have you tried removing the browser cache? I’ll ask Devin and Josue to check this out on their MAC system.
