July 3, 2015 at 5:34 pm #468180Hey!
Have you made any changes on theme files? If you did, they will be overwritten. Unless you are using a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Cheers!

It’s perfectly safe to update yourself via FTP, please refer to this guide if you are unsure of anything: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.1.3)Because that is not the latest version. why not show me the last?
Thanks

There sometimes are problems with automatic updates, you will have to contact Themeforest support about that though since they are the ones running the service.

July 7, 2015 at 11:13 am #469539Hey!
I upload via FTP the new version :) but I lost the footer. the only thing ^^ the 4 footer widgets. any know which may be the file for the footer? I made a files copy before. ¿I can replace the file that is responsible for that? I save to do it again I do not remember well as it had.
Thanks!
July 7, 2015 at 3:04 pm #469703Hi!
From what version of the theme did you update? If you update from version lower than 3.1.5 then all widgets will be reset to default or will be out of place because of the WordPress 4.2 update. All you need to do is to place all widgets to their respective widget area. You can find those widgets in the Inactive Widget section.
