Hi, i have purchased you above mentioned theme and am having trouble getting the easy slider/full width slider to work. the website it isn’t working on is http://www.corefitnessphotography.com.au on the Home Page.
I do have the same theme on another website of mine http://www.intimateart.com.au and it is working.
The only difference between the 2 websites is the WordPress version. it is working on 3.9.3 <- Intimate Art site and not the new site which is running WordPress 4.1 <- Core Fitness Site.
Thanks,
Mark

I checked your website and slider is working totally fine. I am guessing you have updated the theme and it worked, is that correct?

Unfortunately for me and about 7 clients of mine, the slider isn’t running Automatically. I have viewed the http://www.corefitnessphotography.com.au site with both Mac & Pc and both using different browsers.
The Slider works, but its not automatically sliding from photo to photo.
Is the above mentioned site the one you viewed???
Looking forward to your reply…

January 7, 2015 at 5:29 pm #376274Hey!
Are you sure you have the “Autorotation Active” setting set to yes in the shortcode options?
Be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

January 9, 2015 at 7:45 pm #377561Hi!
In the avia layout builder you click on the “Edit Element” icon when hovering over your easy slider to edit the shortcode options. You had the “Autorotation Active” turned off which is why it was not rotating.
