I know you guys have removed the code for easy slider enabled youtube videos for mobile, the only way so far around that is using WP Layer Slider with some iframes, is there any easier way to get around adding videos to a slider that will work for mobile?

I’ve tried several other plugins and so far everything falls short… one of the biggest purchase reasons was for a good simple youtube slider. Which I saw work on mobile at the time then it got pulled off.. I’m hoping someone can help us figure out a more simple solution to the issue.. my client wants to easily add videos to his slider and WP layer slider is way over his head … Cmon. kriesi help us out….

The UX for them is terrible however is the ability to activate them on smaller screens overlaps with the navigational elements of the slider. Add in that iOS conflicts were causing performance issues and the requests to force a fallback instead of rendering it were overwhelming.
Add in that slideshows are widely ignore on websites by visitors and its not something we get a lot of requests for at this point and pulling it off is a significant investment of time and further bug fixes whenever a new mobile OS gets rolled out.
