    Hi,

    I created an easy slider with 4 vimeo linked video’s. I enabled the autorotate (5 sec) but it won’t go to the next video when viewed. Is there an solution for this problem?

    Ik use the latest theme (4.4.1) and wordpress (4.9.7)

    Hey dmhaarlem,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    I tried check on the login link however it returns 403 forbidden so we can’t check further.

    Hi,

    I get a 403 error as well, I’m guessing there is country IP blocking applied to the login page? I tried using a VPN service as well but I’m still getting the 403 error, what IPs are allowed to access the login page?

    Hi,

    That is the normal behavior of the slider. It will only autorotate once the video stops playing.

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
