    I’ve been trying to fix a slider I had on my homepage but can’t seem to get it to work again.

    Steps that were taken:

    1. Deactivate Plugins
    2. Deleted and Created new Easy Slider
    3. Reinstalled Enfold Theme
    4. Created Easy Slider on Diff page same result.
    5. Tried other forms of sliders. ie. fullwidth, featured.

    Currently on WP 4.7 and Enfold Theme Version 3.8.4

    Hi,

    Have you made any customizations to theme files?

    Please try to increase the allocated memory to 256M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
    You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    I am experiencing this same issue. Site is http://www.atlasdie.com. I have two other sites that need to be upgraded to the newest theme version but have had so many problems with this one, I’m waiting for this to be resolved. thank you

    Hi!

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?

    Hi,

    You are getting several error messages on those pages, please see private. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? Also try turning off your CDN service.

    I had already tried disabling plug ins (see above) but tried again. Still no sliders. What is CDN service?

    I disabled the CDN service. Still no sliders. This is frustrating!!! Please Help me get this resolved!!! I have two other sites using enfold and have not updated out of fear of the same thing happening…

    Hi,

    I checked the issue and it’s a bit weird that it’s not working though there are no js errors showing up. It’s a bit hard to troubleshoot since we couldn’t find the cause of the issue. Can you give us ftp access? so we can dig deeper on this issue, also give us permission to deactivate all plugins.
