Hello,
You guys have seen this before, but I can’t get this to correct. When on mobile, the easy slider makes my videos appear as [object object] for some odd reason.
I will provide an admin login in private content.
Please assist.
Just bumping my post to see if this gets a reply. (kind of important since I’m actively applying for new jobs and need the videos to be visible on mobile)

That modification worked for other users. We need admin access so that we can modify the theme files. Please provide the FTP detail as well.

Also, the files you’re looking for to edit can be edited within wordpress, which is where I’ve already applied your suggested fix (and it did not work).
Appearance > Editor > config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes > slideshow > slideshow.js lines 224-225 ( Screenshot of suggested code replacement )
I would prefer not to use FTP access to my site, since you can edit the suggested files through the wordpress interface.

Thanks for the update. The user was not an admin. I would have edited the file right then and there if it was. Anyway, we purge the cache and reminify the css and js files. The fall back image works properly when I check. Please don’t forget to remove the browser history before checking the pages with the videos.

Then upon clearing cache and cookies etc…. it now looks like this was loading instead of my own site: Wrong Website Cache loading after clearing cache/cookies
*sigh*
This is ESPECIALLY stressful because i’m currently interviewing for new work and my website is now DOWN….. after applying to a bunch of high profile design jobs…. come on guys. This is unacceptable.
Update: I contacted my webhost and worked with it through them. They have updated and fixed my site.
