    I see lots of older threads on this issue, but can you please point me in the right direction as to why the Easy Slider is not displaying on Mobile at all. It works fine on Desktop, but not Mobile. It simply does not display anything.

    Please update the theme to the latest version, this version of the theme was not built to work with WordPress 5+.

    WordPress is not showing an update available. Do I need to download the theme somewhere else?

    Hi jcstone3,

    You can install the Envato Market Plugin and you’ll be able to see the update or you can try to do the update via FTP.

    I’ve set up a staging environment and updated the theme – the slider is still not showing on Mobile.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks for that. I deactivated your caching plugin, and the slider started working after that, it seems to still be working after I activated it back. Please check on your end as well. Make sure that you check in an incognito or private browser window, in order to avoid any local cache.
