    Hi,
    Clients site has lost its easy slider images across the site, controls are visible but zero images. Backend all looks correct. Tried deactivating all plugins but still doesn’t rectify, anybody have any ideas? Enfold and WP up to date, happened across previous versions of Enfold as well. New versions work ok on new sites, seems to be just a factor with this one.

    Thamks for the link to your site I see your homepage and many other pages have layersliders and they work good, but I didn’t find any easy sliders, please link directly to a page with one.

    Hi Mike,
    Easy sliders are on the homepage, right hand side. If you scroll over them you will see the controls appear but no images.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. You had 3 menu items which contained invalid anchor links, please see private. I changed those so that they only contain valid characters, and your sliders are working after that. Please note that spaces are not valid characters in anchor links.

    Strange how the menu hasn’t change din years but suddenly that affected the easy slider? Thanks for finding the issue, much appreciated.

    Hi,

    I can’t tell you what happened to the menu unfortunately, but if there are invalid characters in anchor links, then it will cause JavaScript errors. Those errors will in turn affect sliders and other functionality in the theme.
