Hi,
Josue kindly helped me a few months back with the issue in this thread:https://kriesi.at/support/topic/easy-slider-12/
I’ve just downloaded the update and was going to modify this file, as instructed by josue, before I upgrade
/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/helper-slideshow.php
However, no such file exists any more. Can anyone point me to the correct file to modify and which lines I should change like before?
Thanks!
June 22, 2016 at 3:08 pm #652133Hey jonrouse!
File is now called av-helper-slideshow.php in the same folder.
Please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/Best regards,
YigitJune 22, 2016 at 3:14 pm #652141Thanks Yigit,
I don’t use a Child Theme, I don’t really know how, and the site is already built so don’t want to change anything already there.
The previous code that Josue gave me worked fine, so if I just follow his instructions from the thread I mention in my first post
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/easy-slider-12/
will that work on the new file you mention above? As I said, I’m currently uploading a backup of the theme from before the upgrade. Hopefully the images will load again. Part way through my ftp client quit on me, so I’ve had to start again!
June 22, 2016 at 3:17 pm #652143Hey!
You can simply download pre-built child theme from the first link in my previous reply and activate it then go to theme options and import parent theme options then you can refer to the second link i posted and modify the file :)
Yes, it should work.Cheers!
YigitJune 22, 2016 at 3:19 pm #652150Thanks Yigit! I might try that in the future, but don’t want to start doing things that I don’t fully understand on the clients site.
They are a big customer of ours and I don’t want to upset them any further. Thanks for the help and sorry for having to converse over two threads!
