Hello, I have just randomly discovered a super strange thing on a company website built with enfold on Safari:
When loading the page for the first time and/or scrolling while the easy slider loads, the next section after the slider drops down and is not visible / interactive anymore (only visible on desktop, mobild shows a video instead of the slider).
Slider specs: Easy slider full width, 1500 x 630
This does not happen on Firefox and most other browsers, as far as I can tell.
Link in the private section.
Thanks for your advice on this.December 4, 2020 at 2:59 pm #1265021Hey Maike,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Are you referring to the fullwidth submenu element below the slider and/or the first section? I will ask the team to check the site on Safari. Please wait for their response.
Best regards,

MaikeDecember 6, 2020 at 8:46 pm #1265327Hi Maike,
Can you disable caching and minification for now?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaDecember 7, 2020 at 2:23 pm #1265477Hi Victoria,
caching (WP Super Cache) and minification (smush) deactivated for now, which seems to make a difference… but that would not be a long term solution either, as the site loads slower without cache & image minification.
However, login details attached for a closer look.
Thank you!

Please activate one of the plugins and see if it works, I think it’s the plugins combo that is causing the issue here.

VictoriaDecember 9, 2020 at 4:15 pm #1266021Hi Victoria,
tried that, and turns out that Smush does not work in that combo… thanks for looking into it.
We can close the topic.December 9, 2020 at 8:48 pm #1266102Hi Maike,
