    Hi,

    So as the title suggests, I am having issues with a few things since updating to the newest version.

    First of all:

    Easy slider is not displaying. No image, no caption. It’s simply not displaying.

    Second:

    When uploading new media, I do not have the option to insert a size other than full size. Is this because i’m running the AWS S3 service?

    Third:

    The featured image of my posts are not stretching to fit the full column width. This is annoying.

    I have built this entire site in a staging environment, and now since migrating it, and making sure everything is the same in terms of settings, I find these issues.

    For sake of time saving: Enfold is the latest version. I have de-activated and re-activated all plugins, with no difference or change.

    Please can you assist.

    Hey AndreSA33,

    1. The images in the slider are not displayed because the path to it is giving a 404 error and a console error “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)” It could be an issue with the permission please contact your hosting company and let us know what they have to say bout this.

    2. There is no issue with the image size when i upload a new image. Please check the screenshot below

    3. The featured images are not displayed due the error I mentioned earlier. You may need to hire a freelancer to make this customisation but once the images are displayed we will be able to tell you accurately if it can be resolved using a small snippet of custom code.

    Please let us know if you migrated the site using any plugin and automated it?

    We recommend using https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ or https://updraftplus.com/ to migrate the wordpress sites.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    I’ll look into the mentioned solutions for 1 and 3.

    The 2nd one is not what i meant though. If you select an image to place into a page/post, by adding the image media element, then selecting image – on that option the presented list of sizes I can insert is only Full Size. I was looking for the “medium” and other options to forcefully resize the image.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry but the theme is not compatible with WordPress 4.1.1. Please get the latest version, 4.6.

    We can select all thumbnail sizes in our own installation. Did you happen to remove any of the thumbnail sizes?
