I”m using Easy Slider in a 50% width element and trying to use 3 png images in a slider. The images always display in the same size, regardless of the size I choose in the Slideshow Image Size dropdown.
My intention is to have the images at 180 x 180. The original 600 x 600 images wouldn’t scale when I chose the 180 x 180 option. Actually, no matter what option I picked, they always displayed at the same size (can’t tell what it is, but maybe 600×600…). So I went back and re-rendered the images to 180×180, uploaded them, and replaced the larger images with the new images.
Still get the images displaying at the larger size, no matter what size I choose in the dropdown. I’ve tried displaying as 180×180, 300×300, etc, and also tried displaying with the “No Scaling” option as they are already at the desired aspect ratio.
No difference: always display at the same too-large size.
Thanks for your help!
Hi John!
The easy slider is designed to always display 100% width of it’s container so if you want to reduce the size a bit then you can putting it into a 2 / 5 column or shorter. If you want to change the aspect ratio then you can try the portfolio small image size.
Or if you want your images to all be a different size then I would look into the content slider element instead.
Best regards,
Elliott
