    Hello, for some reason, i get this error:

    SORRY THERE WAS A PROBLEM LOADING THIS VIDEO

    from vimeo when i put in the link under video slide for both easy slider and fullscreen slider.

    When i use the VIDEO media element, it works. but for some reason, doesn’t work on sliders. I’m stuck. Any help?

    Hi louedwards!

    Can you post the link to your website so we can take a look? I have no issues playing Vimeo videos on my local installation

    Hey!

    Is your videos protected? As you can see, issue is Vimeo related and not Enfold – *** removed upon request **
    I get the same error. Can you try using another video and check if that works fine?
