    Hi,
    The both media elements Easy Slider and Fullscreen slider are not showing up on our site.
    I am able to upload images and change all slider settings but the slider is blank.
    I try to “disable JS file merging and compression” in the theme options but no changes.
    Note I did not have any issues with other page builder elements so it seems exclusive to slider elements.
    I added credentials if you have a chance to take a look.

    Hey Mountain,

    Thanks for the login details. I’m seeing some jQuery error message on the page, but I’m not sure what is causing them. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins, or activated the parent theme?

    Profile picture; which image are you referring to? If you mean the profile picture here on the forum, then you can change that on Gravatar.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for the follow-up.
    I fixed the both jQuery errors coming from old functions in the child theme.
    And also was finally able to identify the CSS customization which causing the glitch, it was removed and it’s now fixed.

    We can close that ticket!
