    Hello someone, anyone.

    I have sent in multiple tickets and responded to ticket #1067432 and I am not getting any responses.

    PLEASE HELP (see previous response below). No one is repsonding or helping with the issue. I am several days past my launch date.

    I tried what you suggested and it didn’t work. I created a new page with the product grid. The page itself looked fine. I then changed the shop page to direct to the new page. The shop is still duplicated at the bottom. And in fact, when I open the newly created page (where i created my own product grid) it is now showing the orange bar/notice that reads “This page is set as the default WooCommerce Shop Overview and therefore does not support the Enfold advanced layout editor
    (Learn more)”. I have no idea how it defaulted to that by manually created the new page and the grid as suggested. I saw the other work around that is said to be more complicated. I am new to this wp, therefore not comfortable with editing a php file.

    Additionally, the shop page that is duplicated is showing the price 3 times – the woocommerce page and the page I created. A prior ticket was created requested a work around. I added the quick css script area under general styling as suggested and that did not work. My site is set to go live tomorrow and with all these suggestions that aren’t working – things are becoming more of a mess. Please help.

    quick css snippet you suggested:
    the script you told me to add to the quick css area: .price .woocommerce-Price-amount.amount:nth-child(1),.price .woocommerce-Price-amount.amount:before{
    display:none!important;
    font-size:15px;

    }

    .price{
    font-size:0px!important;
    }

    thank you,

    I will try to help you if the issue is clear to me.

    Cheers

    Hi shannonjhester,

    Please share the screenshots of the issues that you’re having. I could not see the one with the prices being duplicated.

    You can upload screenshots to a service like Dropbox and send us the links here.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    duplicating price 3 times

    Hi Shannon

    Looks like a configuration issue in WooCommerce, because for the Hoody and the T-Shirt it looks correct.
    So I would check the settings on these products itself.

    Best,
    Michael

    I stated in an eariler thread that the reason they aren’t duplicated on the hoody and t-shirt are because those 2 items are set up as variable items because a size has to be selected.

    The others don’t require a variable so they don’t need to be set up that way. Could you help?

    I probably have to take a look myself in the backend to figure out how to fix this.
    From outside it’s tough to say why it’s there.

    Attached is the login info.

    I can’t see private content as I am just a participant like you, sorry.

    oh, I see that now. Thanks for trying to help. It’s really bad that Kriesi team (that I actually paid for support) is so slow to respond to issues. I have included my backend info more than once, screen shots and when they finally do respond, it’s another question to delay the process even more vs trying to use my login credentials to actually log in and see what is actually going on.

    Hi,

    We would like to apologize for the late response. We are a bit swamp with inquiries these past few days.

    If we are not mistaken, the problem here is that the prices are duplicated. Did you remove the variable products? We’re not seeing that issue any more. Would you mind creating another so that we can inspect the issue again? We can do that ourselves, but the setup might be different from what you have previously.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
