Hello. My webpage is http://www.registratuimei.cl and I have installed Enfold.
I have a duplicated menu in mobile menu as you can see in the picture:
If you see in Desktop version I don’t have this issue. Any idea?
December 4, 2017 at 12:05 pm #884601Hey neotronics,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardJune 5, 2021 at 7:52 pm #1304221Hey Rikard,
Hope you’re doing good.
I’ve been experiencing this very issue with two different installations and haven’t found the right solution yet.
I’ve updated the theme but the problem persists. Could you pls check out the link I’ve posted below?Regards!

June 9, 2021 at 4:22 am #1304776Hi hacart,
Thanks for the screenshot, I’m still not sure what you are looking to change though? If you are referring to the duplicate menu item, then I would advise to keep the sub item, as the top Tienda menu item only expands or closes the sub items.

RikardJune 9, 2021 at 7:14 pm #1304965Hi Rikard,
I seriously don´t get it. The moble menu keeps duplicating “Tienda”, “General”, and all of the items starting a new row, even though their configuration was done exactly the same as on a website where this problem is not happening. What can I be missing or doing wrong? I didn’t understand what you wrote.
Thank you.

The top Tienda menu item will only expand or close the sub menu items, that means that you cannot navigate to the Tienda page, unless you keep the sub menu item. We can give you CSS to hide whatever you like, but it might be a good idea to keep them? Please let us know what you would like to do.

I’ve placed a link to a website that has the exact menu confi as the one we’re discussing here. There, you’ll see that no duplication is occurring whatsoever and even when the main SHOP menu item stayed clickable.
In case you could provide me with any code to solve this issue, my goal is to have a normal MOBILE menu where every item that starts a row does not have a duplicate, pls.

HC
June 19, 2021 at 5:06 am #1306474Hi,
Thanks for that. As you can see on the new site you linked to, the shop menu item only expands or closes the sub menu, that means that you can’t actually navigate to the shop using the top menu item. If you want to hide the duplicate shop sub menu item on the first site, then please try this in Quick CSS:
#av-burger-menu-ul .menu-item-1082 { display: none; }

Sorry mate, I still don’t get it. I don’t wanna hide the shop for mobile users. (That’s what the provided code caused).
I’ve placed a pic with the slide-out menu and highlighted the problematic links one by one cos’ at this point I’m so confused about this matter. Is it a WP bug, an Enfold-related issue, or a misconfiguration I’ve done since this should not be requiring any codes to be solved? The links that start a new row shouldn’t be duplicated by default as they are.Regards,
HC
June 21, 2021 at 9:45 am #1306685Hi,
Thanks for the update. If you don’t want to clone the main menu items, then please check your settings under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile menu. Look for the Clone title menu items to submenu option.
