Liebes Support Team,
April 28, 2018 at 9:04 pm #948450Hey pooky1969,
Could you please post in English, so we can be able to follow up please?
Thank you very much
Best regards,
BasilisApril 30, 2018 at 10:18 am #948954Hi,
sorry.
The DSVGO is absorbing nearly everyone. there is also a great discussion concerning the social-share or -like-buttons (doubleClick solutions like Shariff etc.).
Now my question: is the share link feature of the theme enfold conform to the DSVGO?
Best regards

Are the Enfold included share inks DSGVO compliant or not? If yes I would like to know if the Share Links in Enfold are more like the 2-click solution or the Shariff solution? We need to know this to be able to create the privacy policy correctly. Our customers are waiting for an answer and ask every day. I trust in you, but it would be time to get a binding statement on this point.
Thank you in advance
best regards
ChristianMay 16, 2018 at 10:47 pm #957790Hi!
Yes they are compliant since these are only links to an external page that do not transmit any data. If a user clicks on one of those he ends up on another site which is no longer your problem ;)
Cheers!
