I can not get secondary navigation items to appear when the navigation is added through the normal logo/header area
As seen here, if you hover over Grooming Services none of the sub-menu items appear
If I place the menu in with the page builder full-width menu it works when you hover over Grooming Services
When looking at the code of a regular page the sub-menu items aren’t in the code at all.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

June 23, 2016 at 2:33 pm #652617Hi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,

BrianJune 27, 2016 at 3:51 pm #653829Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)
If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:Best regards,
AndyJune 27, 2016 at 5:04 pm #653879Thanks Andy, I turned off all plugins and that didn’t work.
I also deleted the theme files and re-downloaded from themeforest and uploaded again. It had the same results.
Feel free to deactivate plugins or anything else for testing purposes.
Thanks,
BrianJune 28, 2016 at 2:54 pm #654227Hi,
remove all customizations you’ve implemented, to check which code is causing this issue.
Best regards,
Andy -
