Hallo,
für meinen Zweck wäre das Layout Lifestyle Blog am besten geeignet, nur leider fehlt die Möglichkeit, oben im Hauptmenü einige Punkte als Dropdown-Untermenü anzuzeigen.
Frage: Kann ich das irgendwie nachträglich einfügen? Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit, das hinzubekommen? Oder muss ich mich für ein anderes Layout entscheiden?

The menu is a different function and it can be changed anyhow and anytime you need, it will not affect your blog page layout.

We cannot see the admin pages, you need to share credentials with us.
