Dropdown Menu Background color

I hate asking this because I know someone has asked it before, damned if I can find the thread though.

Using the code below we were able to change the menu bar background to green.

}

After this my goal is to change the dropdown background color to the same #017349 but I keep getting the beige. Additionally the font color is not consistent within the dropdowns. Under Contact the font is green and bold on a beige field, under Services and About the text is black and standard but the field turns green on hover.

I am using the most current theme version that came out last week. I have changed alternate areas and the logo areas, no luck.
