Could you advise if we can create a drop down menu like what’s shown on the below link (see ‘DEMO 1’ and ‘DEMO 2’?

You can create a similar menu please check pages and shortcodces in http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/ If you need exactly same type of menu you may have to use a third party plugin or hire a freelancer to do it.
