When the menu drops down over a dynamic area (like the main image on a product page), initially one can hover over and click each item and the menu works. But once the page is loaded completely, the drop down menu disappears when you try and click an item that is over top of the featured image. I tried disabling all plugins and it still did the same thing.
I will mention that the menus work fine in the exact same situation on another site that I use Enfold on, so there is something weird going on
October 7, 2014 at 2:35 am #331281My only update so far is that the drop down menu is not working when it overlays on top of the featured image on a product page.
October 7, 2014 at 2:45 am #331290For now, I have my menus that are affected set to Mega Menus as this at least doesn’t have the problem of disappearing when over the featured image. Let me know if you find a solution otherwise.
October 8, 2014 at 2:12 am #332015Hi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I checked the website and the dropdown menu works fine. On what browser and OS are you testing this?
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 9, 2014 at 8:47 am #333032It certainly isn’t working. :(
I am using Windows 7 and it does not work with Chrome, Firefox, nor IE. All at the latest versions and Windows up to date.
Once more, the drop down menu disappears when the mouse is over any area of the menu that is over top the featured image on a product page.
Try hovering over the words “Santa Cruz” on any of the workshop product pages. It may work at first, but then the behavior of disappearing occurs.
October 10, 2014 at 5:04 am #333635Hi!
Thank you for the update.
I really can’t reproduce the issue. Even the second level Resources submenu works fine. I’ll ask the rest of the support team to check it.

IsmaelOctober 10, 2014 at 5:48 am #333657I took a short video of the problem and posted it to our blog here: http://www.seatosummitworkshops.com/2010/10/menu-video/
Please view the video and read the description below to get an idea of what is happening.
October 10, 2014 at 9:53 am #333760Hi!
Just checked the menu. Using Windows 7 Ultimate(up to date) and all latest browsers. Everything seems to be working fine for me.
Could it be a side effect of one of your Browser plugins?
Cheers!
ArvishOctober 10, 2014 at 11:46 pm #334115I don’t think it is a browser plugin because another site I run with Enfold does not have the same problem. But I will try that and get back to you.
