hi how do i swap the alternative bar with the nav bar?

id like the top smaller bar to sit below the logo
is it inside of header.php ?

First off do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, and then add the “Custom Menu” widget to the new header widget area. Let us know when your done and we’ll give you some CSS to move it around the logo.
