    Hi,

    Drag and drop function suddenly stopped working on our website after we have edited 1 widget section. We have disabled all the plugins but still we are not able to use the advanced layout editor and we cannot drag and drop even the forms and screen options on WordPress.

    We tried updating WordPress to 4.0 but still it doesn’t fix the issue. Please help.

    Hello,

    I checked your website and it appears that you already have 2.9.2, have you tried disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed?

    Hi!

    I don’t think we are the most indicate to answer that to be honest (ask your service support). You need to upload the whole /framework folder.
