    Hi, a customer tells me the inability to use the drag/drop in Avia Builder for a few days, he gets the following error:
    GET http://www.mydomain.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/draggable.min.js 522 (Origin Connection Time-out)
    I disabled the JS minifier, emptied the caches (WPRocket) nothing changes.
    On Mac it works (Safari, Chrome and Firefox).
    Any ideas?

    Hey Jean,

    That looks like a CDN error, are you using service like that? If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. Also, you mentioned where is does work, where does it not work?

    Hi Rikard, yes we use CloudFlare CDN on this website. I disable the JS minification on the CDN.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I tried the drag and drop functionality and it seems to be working fine, and I can’t see any error messages on the page. Are you referring to the 1/3 elements which are showing the markup?
