    Running v3.5.4. The drag and drop editor seems to have stopped working late yesterday. I’ve tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome on Mac OS and different computers. Randomly selected posts/pages all behave the same way. Click and drag tries to select, not move the element.

    The last thing I did yesterday was add a layer slider in a text box on a page. I’m not sure this is related.

    Hey Tom!

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and if that does not help, then please create temporary admin logins and post it here privately.

    It’s definitely a plug-in conflict. I’ll repost when I figure out which one is causing this.

    While deactivating and reactivating solved the problem, I was unable to duplicate this error.

    Perhaps this was “just a thing”?

    Glad you figured it out!
    It could be a temporary glitch. If it happens again in future, you can try de-activating plugins one by one to find the culprit :)
