    Hello, I kept getting error messages when I attempted to update my company’s theme. They hadn’t updated the theme in a long time. So, we just re-purchased the theme. But now I can’t download the theme because it says that the location already exists. Should I delete the old theme and then install the new one? What will happen to the site during this process? There is no custom CSS. The site is live. Thanks.

    Hey CaseyatClaigan,

    You mean that the problem you are describing is happening when you upload the theme, correct? You can delete the old theme and upload the new one like you would install a new theme. Or you could upload the new theme to a new folder, then change the new folder to enfold and the old folder to enfold_old or something similar.

    Hello,
    I want to change my domain name, and the old one is suspended,
    when I want to import my theme to my new domain is not succeful.
    System said my theme is Expired. I use it just for few months.
    Most of time is learning how to use it.
