    Hi there, I am getting this error every time I try and import a demo;

    Download of files for demo Medical Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.

    It’s on a sub domain (login to WordPress in Private content) and I have successfully downloaded and installed Enfold Demos before.

    Please can you help?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. The PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server, please try to activate it to see if that helps. If you don’t know how to do it, then your hosting provider should be able to help you out.
