    Hi there,

    A few related questions I’m hoping you can help me out with.

    1. Trying to download the latest theme update but I’m getting an error either relating to url locations or file permissions. I looked up the issue and it seems like it can be solved by following these steps – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/

    2. However, when I log into my themeforest account, I have no downloads showing so I wont be able to download the latest version and won’t be able to get my token.

    Any advice on how to tackle this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey AV,

    Are you sure you download the theme with the same username? Could it be another account?

    It is highly unlikely that your download will not show under the downloads section on themeforest.net If it is the case please get in touch with Envato support and I’m sure they will help you fix this issue and you will be able to download the latest version and get your issue sorted.
