    Hi support team!

Im getting this download link where the video i place should be. this is in Internet explorer 8. I need to protect the video so i rather have an error message if the video don’t work there.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi claraelisa!

Can we see the site/issue live? IE8 and the video embed in general shouldn’t ever be showing a download link like that.

    Best regards,
    Devin

It looks like IE has limited support for the webm format. Try adding in the video in the same location as the current but also in mp4 format. The theme will use it as a fallback.

What browser is that happening in? I tried it a few times just now but can’t get that bug to happen on my end.

    Hi,

Have you tried seeing it from another computer/device?

Didn’t happen on my end (Chrome / OS X).

    Cheers!

Please understand that HTML5 video is not supported in all devices/browsers:
