    Hi,
    I wanted to update one of my sites to the latest version. This particular site is on an older version of Enfold, so I need to do a manual FTP update of the theme. I have 23 licenses for your theme on Theme Forest. However, when I try to download, I get this message “Whoops! Looks like you’ve already downloaded this item 20 times in the last 24 hours. That’s the daily limit! Come back in 24 hours to download it again. ”

    I certainly have NOT logged in and downloaded the files even once during the past 24 hours. Can you please help?

    Sorry for the problem, though this is a bit out of our reach unfortunately. Could you try contacting Envato support about it?
