Hi,
I want to use the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/subscribe-to-double-opt-in-comments/
But after the installation it’s not showing correctly.

please post a link to your website so we can have a look. In general we can’t give any support for 3rd party plugins, so please also ask the plugins’ author for support.
