    Hi,

I have on the woocommerce shop page a widget area and it don’t show the ‘shop overview page’.

    How can I fix it?

    Thanks

    Hey barbarawsimon,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Another think,
In the second language if I add an image on the shop page, it doesn’t save the src url.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. The login token has expired. Please set a longer expiry. Did you use the advance layout builder for the shop page?

You should not worry about the notices in the debug log. They’re not fatal or critical so they’re not going to break the site.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

    I set a longer expiry.

Yes, I use the advance layout builder for the shop page.

    Thanks and best regards

    Hi Ismael,

Now the widget area works fine. I close the temporary login.

The other error doesn’t work: In the second language if I add an image on the shop page, it doesn’t save the src url.

I use the advance layout builder for the shop page.

I thinks it’s because of this:
[29-May-2018 10:35:52 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: src in /home/myHome/public_html/folder/wp-content/plugins/wpml-media-translation/classes/images-translation/class-wpml-media-translated-images-update.php on line 58

    Best regards

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Glad to hear that the widget works. :)

I’m not really sure about the new issue. Did you open a ticket in W P M L forum? It is related to their plugin’s media translation so they will be able to help more.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Thank you Ismael,

    I ask to them.

    Best regards
