Hi Guys,
i have a question, i don’t receive email trough my contact page/form and it also doesn’t when i send myself an email (forget email trough wp-admin). Can you please help me out?

RikardI have tried several things.. sending with contact form 7 isn’t working neither. Then i have set up a Easy WP SMTP plugin. When i use the plugin and i send a test e-mail it’s working trough the plugin settings form. But when i test the contactform again, it’s not working. Can you please help me out?

If you also tried different form and it did not worked, the issue is because of your hosting provider and has nothing to do with Enfold.

BasilisHi, @dierbewust25. One of the things that I’ve noticed with SMTP plugins is that the FROM email on the form, the FROM email in the plugin settings and the address of the mailbox you’re logging into have to all match or things don’t work reliably. Have you tried this?
Also, I use this plugin very reliably. You might give it a try.
