    I bought the theme Enfold in 2017, but never contacted you.
    So I don’t really know how to reach support as I cannot register without purchase order.

    Please help me on receiving an API key (is not available in Envato market) + urgently modify the logo on my site: it is always blur

    It’s very easy reaching out to us, all you have to do is what you did to post this message.

    So you don’t have access to the account which you purchased the theme with? If so then that is not something we can help you out with unfortunately, you would have to reach out to Envato/Themeforest support for that. Maybe you have a receipt or something similar which would back that you actually bought the product in question?

    Ok thank you for your reply. With this answer I can inform them.
    But 1 other problem where hopefully you can help is since the replacement of a new logo in the header of my site: it is showing blurred.
    Can you help me on that?
    Change in extra css doesnt help.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Your logo is currently displaying 80x38px version of it. You can try going to Enfold theme options and try removing “-80×38” from your logo url. Since you are using older version of the theme which is not compatible with your WordPress version, you are not able to choose logo size in media window. Updating the theme would fix that.

    I also think that is a solution. But to update my theme is only possible when i get my APIkey and therefore i need my purchase ordern°
    Can you help me on that please?

    We can’t help you out with that unfortunately. Don’t have any receipts or similar which could prove your purchase? If you do then you can reach out to Envato support for further help. If not then I think you would have to purchase a new license.

    Hello I have my purchase code now, but apparantly this is not what I needed to update my theme Enfold. It is still version 4.2.
    I saw in the forum that this is a known problem.

    Mainproblem to be solved: Theme Enfold: Auto- and Manual Update to 4.2.1 doesnt run?
    under Option: Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.2)
    Check Manually dosnt do anything.
    Whats the trick to update without ftp.

    Info on dashboard in WordPress: Enfold – Theme Updates
    Once you have entered and saved your Username and API Key WordPress will check for updates every 12 Hours and notify you here, if one is available Your current Theme Version Number is 4.2

    Yes, it is known and expected as Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5, older versions need manual updating before switching to Personal Token instead of API keys.     Hello, I managed to install the plugin and activate it.
    I see that my version is updated to 4.7.5, so I think it is allright?

    Next step: I have validated my personal token
    Got following message (translated a bit for you out of Dutch):
    Purchase: Error code 403 geretourneerd door Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing
    email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated
    Purchase: There is a problem when opening purchase. Cannot control it on updates.
