    Hi there,

    I’ve tried importing the One Page Portfolio Demo, it instantly shows:

    Alright sparky!
    Import worked out, no problems whatsoever.
    The page will now be reloaded to reflect the changes

    But nothing is changed or imported. This is the same for other Demos.

    I’ve set the Increase PHP Memory to 128mb. Still does the same thing.

    Do I have to import in gzip format of the xml? If so, could you guys send them to me?

    Hmm, I’ve never seen that before. Must be something server related.

    In the AJAX request I see a bunch of messages like the following..

    Contact your hosting provider about this to see if they have an idea of what’s going on. Also check your server error logs to see if there is any useful information in there and turn on WordPress debugging, https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress.

    Hi Elliot,
    I have contacted my Hosting Provider,
    No errors were found on their end.

    They’ve asked me to get the XML file and import it manually and directly.

    Could you please send me the XML file for the demos, especially the One Page Portfolio Demo.

    Would it look exactly like the Demo? Just wondering as I wont have to images etc.

    No errors found.

    It loaded the colour scheme, but no Pages, images or anything else is created.

    I tried it the second time and it instantly says its uploaded completely with no problems whatsoever…

    Nothing is imported though.

    What do we do now?
