Does this support 100% width for content & columns?

I can’t get the theme to go full width for the content and header.
For example two 1/2 | 1/2 columns that are a full 50% width each.

I have set the Theme options to stretched with 100% width, but it still constrains the content to 1310px. The header is also constrained to that width.

The slider will do full width and sections will go full width, but columns within sections are not.
