    I have a problem that de editing slider of my LayerSlider WP does not open
    In order to put in a support question i entered my account name en login code
    RCNuenen and RCNuenen1!@#$% resp. but to my suprise the system does not recognise me
    Idem my with adress

    Hey Peter,

    Today is November 25, looks like the support has expired.
    I looked at the users, there is no such user. We do not delete any accounts. Can you post the email you used to register?
    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi,

    I search for both those emails and there are no accounts registered on them, not sure if you might have forgotten which email you used? Like Victoria said; we don’t delete user accounts even if the support is expired.

    For your problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    It is all very strange

    I extended my support with again a half year
    and saved mij account name and login under:

    account naam : RCNuenen
    login : RCNuenen1!@#$%

    Is it not possible to trace everything back via the purchase code i received from you?
