    Hi,

    we had some custom files in wp-admin get wiped out and can’t figure out if it was due to an Enfold Theme update.
    The square folder was wiped out.
    wp-admin/includes/square/

    Any information that you can provide would be very helpful. Thanks.

    Hey xuamox,

    Enfold updates only update the files within the theme folder. If there was an admin change, then thats an update to the platform itself.

    Thank you very much for clarifying that. So it sounds like an update to WordPress itself could wipe out a folder in wp-admin?

    Hi,

    In theory yes, but seeing as WordPress would not want to anger their incredibly large user base, I doubt the would just wipe a folder without a good reason for doing so.
