    Dears,

    I buy last week your Enfold theme.
    I install theme on my WordPress (v 5.3.6) and try to implementing one of demo theme.
    When I watch the preview of any page that have slider I only see the white page.
    Please can you tell me where could be a problem.

    Hi Dejan,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compression, save theme options and check if that helps? After that you can re-enable the option :)

    Hi Yigit,

    I try to disable JS file merging and compression and then all slider work fine :)

    But when I enable again I do not see any slider.

    My question is next, if I let this option disable do my web page/shop work slowely or there may be another problem.

    Hi enfoldri,

    You can use some caching plugin and not use the theme’s merging if it’s not working on your end. You can try using the W3 Total Cache plugin.
