Hi,
I noticed that when I have a fullscreen slider with more than one image and I select to display the scroll down button the slider breaks and doesn’t show on the page.
Is this a known issue? Does the scroll down button only works with one image in the slider?
Thanks.

Hi!
I believe the problem is a server limitation, try increasing the allocated memory to PHP (256M or more):

Hi, I switched servers and hosting (using WP engine now) and the problem isn’t fixed. Still can’t get the scroll down arrow to show on some pages (while it works on others) and can’t get it to work at all when using more than one image in the slider.

Hey!
I made a test page (look for page called “Test”) with a fullscreen (2 slides) and bottom arrow, and it works fine so far.
Cheers!

Hey!
Ask your host to increase the max_input_vars PHP setting to 2000 or more (currently is 1000).

Hey!
I don’t know exactly why this happens on your particular set-up, but if you put something in the slide caption it will make it appear (+ the scroll arrow), check the v-ray-for-3dsmax page.

Josue
OK, that’s a good fix for now. Thanks.
