    Hi,
    I was checking my WordPress website yesterday on the Android WordPress app and saw that the display of post/articles is strange (see picture bellow).

    Hebergeur d'image

    The code shown is the code of the picture which is before the post.

    Any idea ?

    Hey Samuel,

    You are using Jetpack to display a different theme on mobile. Please simply disable it :)

    Hi Yigit,
    I know what is Jetpack, but I don’t use it… Where do you see that I use it ? It is not listed in my extension…
    Do you have more information? Would be nice…

    Hi!

    Sorry, it looked like JetPack’s mobile theme to me. Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Hi all and first of all, I would like to wish you Happy New Year !! All the best to all of you !

    To reply to the previous post from Yigit, I de-activated all plugins and nothing has changed…

    I forgot to say that this problem is on my phone which is Android version 5.1 but have also the same problem on Android 4.4.2 on another phone. A friend’s phone has Android 4.1.2 and everything works well… Hard to understand what is happening… ;-)

    Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

    If that does not help, Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    What I don’t understand is why should I flush and refresh my internet browser, while my problem is on WordPress app for Android?

    I checked on mobile using WP APP for Android, but everything looks fine for me. Please also check on another mobile device.

    As I said, here at home I have 2 phones
    – Blackview BV5000 on Android 5.1 : display problem
    – Acer on Android 4.4.2 : display problem

    Don’t know, I will continue my investigations…

    Hi,

    I checked your site on my Android phone and all the pages look fine on my end. I believe it is a caching issue on the browser which is not refreshing the js from the cache. The other reason could be because the enfold theme was not activated while viewing the site.

    Please check the attached screenshot.

    Yes, I can see. But this is NOT using the WordPress Android app, this is visiting the website with your internet browser on your phone ;-)

    Hi,

    Thank for the clarification.
    At the moment we are supporting all major browsers like Chrome, FF, IE etc which are popular and widely used.
    May be in the future we will add support to the wordpress android app :)
